International Shipping and handling

This usually will cover the cost of shipping and handling to international destinations such as Canada, England and Australia etc. On the Invoice it will show this $20.00 charge and it will also show Flat Rate Shipping $7.00. This is the only way I can do it on my website without doing a lot of extra work on the site.
